What User doesn't like about Hollywood Roadhouse:
I'm not sure what has happened to the food service, but it's quite disappointing. The menu doesn't match what is actually served, and the waiting staff is rude. My meal was not prepared as I requested. It used to be really good here, but the experience was so unpleasant that the waitress's rudeness led me to never return! View all feedback.
