came with a party of 9 late afternoon at Christmas time, the pub was heaving but seemed short on the staff, as expected at this time, all 9 meals delicious and hot, drinks big, personal friendly and super helpful, came at the beginning of December with a fairly big party and that got the same service, a few more Sunday lunch and lunch credits, all the same on spot on View all feedback.
What edieb doesn't like about The Salmon Leap Pub:
When we arrived at the restaurant, we wandered around the pub for a bit before we were greeted. Once we were seated, we were given menus that were clean, but the prices seemed a bit high. The service was quick, but we ended up waiting 50 minutes for our food, even though the pub was not very busy. When our meals arrived, we were disappointed. Always a lovely breakfast ! Well cooked and good value . Staff always friendly . We are starting to make a habit of it ! We are never disappointed a great start to the day !
I just don't know where to start. It was excellent, interesting and varied menu with a special fish one on fridays provided plenty of choice The food was exceptionally attractively presented and very tasty. We had the salmon fishcakes. goat cheese salad and the sea food linguine They were all very different but all very very good. The atmosphere was good and the waitresses very friendly and helpful in making our choices. All in this was a very succesful and pleasant experience
We always go for Sunday lunch 3pm a good choice of roast meats the staff are lovely always friendly excellent value for money
The Salmon Leap do the best roast!! I come here with my autistic son, he wont go anywhere else, they always make us feel welcome and the service is brilliant !!
