Morrisons Cafe - New Forest

Just a quick coffee after shopping, you need to queue to order but coffee was OK, nice and hot, a little noisy but we enjoyed it.

Toast was fine, but bacon hard like it's been under a light for too long, beans luke warm, egg white still sloopy, sausages a little too cooked.

I had a horrible breakfast experience at this restaurant. The sausages were burnt, the egg was overcooked, the bacon was undercooked, and the mushrooms were not cooked at all. I will not be returning.

This Morrisons cafe is a sick joke. It closes when it wants ; today 3.50pm it wa supposed to be 6pm. Hot drinks machine routinely broken. Often limited menu. 'Refurb ' has done nothing to improve. On many visits understaffed . Feel sorry for long suffering staff. The menu when available is actually very good. The way the management feels about its clientele is demonstrated by how long they took to reopen the toilets (Autumn 2023) .Up there with Asda Cafe Southampton City Centre .C A sensible person only visits once unless they enjoy masochism.Alas, I am not sensible.

We stopped in for breakfast on our way to our holiday, as we have done for years. Unfortunately, we were disappointed this time. The breakfast was cold (except for the sausage, which was lukewarm). I have never returned a meal before, but I would have if we had the time. The food could have been excellent as the ingredients seemed fresh. We arrived at 8:15am and waited about 20 minutes for our food, so we expected it to be freshly cooked. Come on Morrisons, this used to be a great spot! We will not be returning.
