The staff was friendly and the food was delicious! I would definitely recommend it!

Although we were informed there would be a wait upon arrival, it was helpful information that allowed us to prepare our hungry children beforehand and prevent a family argument. The waitress was brief but efficient, and the menu offered a wide variety of vegan, vegetarian, and whole food options despite COVID restrictions. My only complaint is that during our last visit, a lovely waitress with rainbow hair took the time to chat with us for a moment, making us feel very welcome. I wonder where she is now?

Despite the kitchen being busy, we expected a better response from a café. As a vegetarian, I ordered a cheese and pickle roll but found it contained sausage as well. When we raised this with the waitress, she confirmed it was correct, even though we had specifically asked for vegan/vegetarian options when ordering. The manager refused to come out and discuss the issue, instead choosing to chat and eat by the window. Unwilling to eat incorrect food, we left and do not plan to return. I am fortunate not to have allergies, as this experience could have been even worse. It is disappointing to encounter such poor service and an unhelpful manager with a bad attitude towards customers.
