The coffee was decent, but the staff could use a major attitude adjustment. I don't appreciate being interrupted when placing my order. Please listen to my requests and remember to offer cutlery and napkins with the pastries.
I normally love this chain but visited Cafe Nero in Ringwood with my wife today and did not have a pleasant experience as the floor was dirty the tables were stained and sticky the walls and windows all needed a good clean the whole coffee...
Good coffee, lattes nice and strong and salted caramel cheesecake very tasty. Just took far to long to serve, very ad hoc unlike Costa where the is a structure. Overall not bad.
Ringwood Nero is a great place to meet as it is easily accessible form different places. Had a meeting there, the atmosphere was great, seating was very comfortable and the coffee, great as ever. Will meet there again as there is loads of parking space. The service was prompt and efficient.
I have had Coffee and Tea, fast service place , food is Ok just average. But it does serve fast . its comfy as it has sofas and has a nice out look. Its a chain place so lacks a bit of , something and there are so many Coffee shops in Ringwood, they need to up their game to survive
