Saturday afternoon, ordered two sandwiches (tuna mayo and ei and cress) and tee for two. the sandwiches came up with a few fighting. a look at the egg sandwich... read more Saturday afternoon, ordered two sandwiches (tuna mayo and ei and cress) and tee for two. the sandwiches came up with a few fighting. a look at the egg sandwich was enough to know that it had been made with a cheap pre-bought mix, probably ending. the time. the almost liquid gray mayo was from all sides oozing. a few bits in sandwich confirmed that this was the case. added that the brot was not fresh. I called the waitress and told her that the ei mayo was not very nice, it was really liquid and unpleasant to eat. She said she would tell the manager. we waited and waited and waited. the personal came and went (including the waitress I had spoken to), but no one came to see us. I called the waitress again and asked if she had told someone. she answered that she had, but that they had never complained (just have to look here to know that this is wrong and that sandwich looked good to her. the fact that the manager could not even be harassed to speak to me and to determine for himself what the problem was is the biggest problem in my eye. everyone can make a mistake, but if they seem really worried and try to fix the problem, then it will show them to worry about their customers. a complaining completely ignored because they cannot be disturbed or because no one complained (even if that is true, which shows a complete lack of respect for his customers. on this basis, no chance on a return journey!

I don't want to say that I don't return. service and courtesy is all in today's world.
