Double Shot New Farm

It was very busy we got a table quickly waitress was great accommodating us ! food was terrific great presentation yum. Coffee very good loved it .We come from the Gold coast stayed with friends in Newfarm they will be back thank you quality Eating .thanks Marie

I checked out trip advisor before jumping on the city hopper to get to this cute cafe in the leafy suburb of Newfarm... what can I say Double barrel most definitely lived up to expectations! Beautifully presented food delightful staff and scrummy menu thank you

Second time having breakfast at Double Shot. This time I got the turkish bread sandwich and it was delicious!! The size of the sandwich is really fair for the price you pay. Just love to have simple food that taste delicious. My partner got his favourite at all times: eggs Benedict. Just a very casual breakfast place! I’m not sure if this place has changed owners, but I feel like it’s going downhill.Last 3 times the service has been really unfriendly. Last week the small Asian lady did not even make any eye contact when I walked in and she asked me how I was, and asked me what I wanted. Wasn’t sure if she was talking to me or the guy next to me.Last two times I’ve ordered a small long black they’ve put it in a small cup and filled it to the top so it’s spilled all the way home. The pastry I got last week tasted old and not nice. And the porridge I got last week tasted like uncle Toby’s instant porridge, for $16 :/Time to find a new local cafe
