IICA is a great platform to learn, grow and excel. The chefs are very talented and they teach you with so much dedication, always giving their 100%. I took 3 months hobby chef course and few cuisine classes. I've learned so much and so thoroughly. Thank you IICA and all the chefs, faculty and the rest of the staff.

I started my college here at IICA in 2019. Since then I have learnt so much about the industry. The faculty and Chef's at IICA are really helpful and guided me in every stage. I got distinction in my final exams because of the hard work and guidance by Chef's.

I have completed my Diploma in bakery and patisserie from IICA Delhi, thanks to the institute I have got an internship in The Leela Palace, New Delhi. My experience here has been amazing. The chefs here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have helped me in gaining a great understanding of the bakery products, both theoretical and practical aspects of it.
