Indian Spice - New Delhi

First of all, I love their decor and their lifts — they’re pretty unique. :D Talking about the stay, this place is great if you love spacious, clean rooms with loads of amenities. The bed linens and towels are also squeaky-clean, great for someone with cleanliness OCD like me. Talking about the service and staff, the reception needs to have more people to make the check-in/check-out process faster, but anyway, it ain’t that bad. The location, view and menu — all are excellent. Totally recommend staying here!

Visited this hotel for the first time for the breakfast experience. Staff working here are very courteous they will keep on checking with you if you need anything apart from the dishes laid in the Buffet. Very prompt and efficient service. I would have happily given 4 star however if you like eggs Benedict it might take 30 min. Overall value for money and very professional employees.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and the food was phenomenal. The issue was that when you ordered coffee at breakfast it took very long for them to serve it. We were a family of 4 in a room and there we only 2 towels ever provided. We had to call each day for extra towels, and then wait approximately 40 minutes for those towels. It happened each day. The reception staff was attentive and helpful as were the bellmen. They were very kind and helpful and attentive The location across from metro, and adjacent to the mall the food were a plus.

Welcome Hotel By ITC is fantastic, facilitates-and service amazing. All staff are friendly and helpful. The pressure shows on their faces. The facilities are good. Rooms are clean and well equipped. The food is good and well presented. The elevators are usually busy because it’s located in mall Overall, a good place to stay.

Good location as adjacent to a shopping Mall. Nice lobby, spacious rooms. Restaurant with a decent buffet spread. Live music at the restaurant was very good (perhaps it's there only on the weekend). The swimming pool didn't seem clean and that was a let down. Kids still had a great time there. Long wait at the lifts as one of the lifts was out of order. Overall, value for money.
