Mcdonald's - New Cumberland

It took me 30 minutes to receive my food, and when it finally arrived, I discovered that they had forgotten to put the patty on my burger. The overall customer service was the worst I have ever experienced.

The food at this restaurant is consistently served cold and not fresh. I requested fresh fries but they forgot about me even after pulling into the designated slot. After speaking to the manager, I still received cold fries. Eventually, I received hot fries along with some free pies that I did not want. It took approximately 37 minutes to receive the French fries I ordered for my nephews. This level of service is not acceptable, especially when paying nearly $10 for a small milkshake and a large French fry. Additionally, they were still out of BBQ sauce.

The service at this fast food restaurant was absolutely terrible. In the past year, the quality has declined significantly. The cashier was unfriendly and gave off a disrespectful vibe. The self-service machines didn't have any paper for receipts, so it was confusing to know which order was whose. I pressed the "NEED HELP" button on the machine, but no one came to assist me. When I had to go back in to place another order, I didn't receive my soda cup. I had to wait an extra twelve minutes just to get it. Despite the fact that my orders were often incorrect in the past, the service was usually good and the staff was friendly. This time, however, the experience was awful. I will not be returning to this McDonald's anytime soon due to the poor customer service. I don't mean to sound rude or arrogant, but I feel it's important to share my honest opinion.

Last two times visiting this McDonald’s ive been giving uncooked food. This last time; the burger was so raw and greasy at the same time. McDonald’s bag left grease on the table and the burger well left a nasty ****** taste in my mouth. Just nasty.Never again. ????????????????????

100% guaranteed that if you change the script, The world collapses and all hell breaks loose. Waited 30 mins for a quarter pounder meal and nuggets. I asked for packets of ketchup and mustard. That caused chaos. The clientele is also a major issue,berating employees helps nothing. Since when do customers have the right to verbally abuse Mcdonald's employees? Need a cop atevery mcdonalds now just to witness the threats of violence.
