A zero would be more fitting. Just a bad experience overall every single time we come to Caledon hotel. Food is horrible, zero accountability from management. Waited over an hour in a empty restaurant. Pity they are the only lunch time offering at the Hotel. Long waiting times even when the restaurant is almost empty; Unmotivated service and salty, dry, lukewarm food. Lowest level Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 100–150
My salid was disgusting, could not eat it. It was composting. The pizza dough was old hard dough. My steak sandwich was fair. I'm afraid the restaurant seems to lack any quality control and management.
