Ruby Tuesday presents a dining experience marked by a mix of commendable cuisine and service challenges. Guests often praise the fresh, vibrant salad bar and the quality of dishes like the Hickory Bourbon salmon, although some report inconsistencies in portion sizes and wait times. While the ambiance is cozy and the staff generally friendly, issues with service speed and attentiveness have surfaced, particularly during busy hours. The restaurant's commitment to cleanliness and quality is evident, yet patrons express a desire for improved diligence in service and order accuracy. Overall, Ruby Tuesday maintains a solid reputation but recognizes room for improvement.

Was Anonym at Ruby Tuesday a mag?
I just wanted to share that I tried to recreate the Hickory Bourbon salmon. While my Hickory Bourbon sauce turned out perfectly, my salmon wasn't as moist and delicate as Ruby Tuesday's. We often order from there at work, and their food is always fantastic! View all feedback.
What Sean McManus dislikes about Ruby Tuesday:
We went in for dinner and normally if the service is bad the food is great. My bacon club is soaked in grease. Tiny fries portion. Sad to say, My lunch is awful today.

Sadly not in the case of this place it took a half hour to get our drinks and then we had steak that were cooked on the outside and the inside in completely raw. Our waitress had to be reminded more then once to bring us our drinks then I finished mine before our dinner came out and to my surprise another guy brought us our food and then he left while my drink sat empty then I had to flag down the manager to get our check then it took another 10 minutes for her to bring me the check which was for the wrong table so another ten minutes later we got the right check the sad thing their was only four other tables
Shahn was great. Very good with recommending things. Knowledgeable about the menu. The sticky ribs here are amazing.
I was in the mood for a good steak ended up at Ruby Tuesday’s in New Castle, PA. It was late in a Saturday evening, the restaurant had a few family’s still dining but for the most part it was empty. The host greeted me warmly sat me quickly at a table provided me a menu. Your seating options are tables, booths or at the bar. My server then came over, introduced himself took my drink order. I also decided to order the appetizer sampler, I liked its selection. My server was back quickly with my beverages, he asked if I was ready to order. I decided on the New York strip dinner with a dinner salad. I must say that any of the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly pleasant, I really enjoy that as a patron. My salad was brought out first and was perfect, cold crisp. My appetizer was out next, I absolutely love the chicken strips. My main entree was out soon after. I hate to say this but my steak was terrible. Chewy, rubbery hard to cut sinew….very disappointing. This is the second steak I’ve had from another Ruby Tuesday that was of low quality. Everything else on my plate was fine. The baked potato was great, broccoli perfectly flavored and steamed. So no complaints there. I did enjoy my dining experience for the most part. I just won’t be ordering the steak again. Ruby Tuesday’s has always been a solid dining choice for me. I have always enjoyed my meals here and I’ll continue to support them.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. There were gnats everywhere, and they landed on our food. The management was awful; Joe Newell, in particular, was rude and disrespectful. He clearly doesn't know how to treat customers and should be let go. I would rate this place 0 out of 10 and definitely do not recommend dining here. It seems they don’t prioritize hygiene either—there were instances where servers licked their fingers and then handled dishes. It was utterly disgusting! The establishment itself is very outdated and has a foul odor. The bathrooms were in poor condition, with a persistent bad smell, and they were never clean. I even noticed gnats swarming in there, making it impossible to use the toilet comfortably due to them flying around in the bowl, and the seats were often dirty.
