I went there at december 11, 2019 around 7 pm. There was a Indian guy with glasses probably of age 35-45. He was so rude. Like he was not happy when costumer come in. This was the rudest costumer service I have ever seen. I was speaking so nicely. In return he was like I’m going to cancel your order, this is not my store I don’t care.

I typically avoid reviewing chain restaurants, but after visiting this location a dozen times, it's evident that it's both understaffed and, more importantly, p... read more I typically avoid reviewing chain restaurants, but after visiting this location a dozen times, it's evident that it's both understaffed and, more importantly, poorly trained. The staff seems confused about the differences between skim milk and cream, and they even argue with you if you mention that your coffee is incorrect. Anyone who drinks cold coffee can usually tell if it’s not right just by looking at the color. It took them 15 minutes to prepare a cold brew, which I can order without any issues at other locations. I ordered a large cold brew with 2 skim milks and 1 sugar, but what I got was a 50/50 mix of coffee and cream. The cashier looked completely puzzled when I politely asked for it to be remade. Instead, I received a diluted, cloudy mess. It felt like a waste of $5. It’s disappointing because this location is set up for quick service as a drive-thru only.
