Subway - New Carlisle

First time we have,gotten Subway in years . Not to bad ,not like they used to be .

Worst service of any Subway I've been to in 47 years. I asked for compensation for their messup and got a song and dance about how online orders are low priority to in store. So even though I had a pickup time, it was going to be another 20 minutes.With Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's in Huber, I'd recommend traveling the extra distance.

Ordered Tuna Salad asked if wanted bread I said no was giving my vegetable selection told no onion avail then proceeded to give them 2 sandwich selection. When I got home took food out of bag and there was no lettuce in the salad only my vegetables,tuna,dressing tried calling New Carlise OH location and the phone wasn't working so when I was by there 3 days later I stopped and same person was working told her there was no lettuce she said I didn't ask for lettuce ???? OK I said salad not tuna,vegetables dressing I asked for MGR number she said couldn't give to me I said your phones are not working either she said we know that. I said can you give corporate number she said google it. So they gave another salad at 10% discount which was not right but once I got home opened my salad and guess what NO TUNA at this point she did this on purpose I'm pissed. I don"t live around the corner, I'm 20 minutes away......Also when I was there on the second trip there was a customer in front of me and I heard the worker say I can't toast your sandwich our oven is not working.so no phones no onions no way to contact MGR and definitely a person who needs trained in making salads. My receipt even shows Tuna salad But NO TUNA ridiculous !!!!!!2 14 2024

Between the cold food, bad attitudes, and closing way ahead of time, I'm suprised anybody eats here at all. Never had a good experience from this store. If the young lady behind the counter doesn't want to be there please just quit. We will make the trip down to Park Layne Subway next time. This store has lost my business.
