If I could give 0 stars, I would for the terrible customer service. The person who answers the phone always gets the order wrong. The food is disgusting. For the price I paid, I could have had a much better meal at Mama's Kitchen. In the future, they should ask how they can help improve their service. The waitress was very polite, but personally, I did not enjoy the food. The taste was different from the Chinese food I am accustomed to, and my party ended up not eating the food at all.
I was unable to eat the dish I ordered because it tasted awful! The woman at the counter was extremely impolite.
The food was delicious and reasonably priced, especially the lunch specials. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by our waitress. Having worked in customer service in both retail and restaurants for my entire career, I was annoyed by her laziness. She made us pass our meals across the table and handed water glasses over the table, causing spills and inconvenience. When the check came, an 18% tip was automatically added, which I felt she did not deserve. This practice of adding an 18% tip seemed to encourage her lack of effort. Our server was Lily.
I discovered that you can request your order to be made without peppers or spices at this restaurant. This makes it a great option for me as I cannot eat spicy food. I can now visit this place regularly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food at this restaurant was incredibly fresh and delicious! The service was top-notch, and I would highly recommend dining here for lunch. This restaurant deserves a 5-star rating for both its food and service, as well as its inviting atmosphere.
