Chick-fil-a - New Caney

Great service when I order through the app, but they seem to have a hard time getting my order right if I don't go through the app. I just went through the ride today and I wanted to add something to my order, but after I asked if she served breakfast, the employee told me no and then said, have a good day and went away. I didn't have the chance to add my order, although I told them I wanted to. I'd have lunch. This isn't the first time I had trouble ordering personally from the app. I was told twice that they could not find the article I ordered there, although it was available on the app.

Got girls and one of the minis missing the piece of chicken. Also ordered a hash brown Scramble Burrito and the tortilla felt hard/sold. Otherwise the Haschbraun and Frost coffee was good.

Order was calculated for a large spicy deluxe meal, they gave me only a regular chicken sandwich medium frit. Normally, it wouldn't complain, but that's the third time this happened. Don't come to this place anymore.

The food was fresh but the wait was ridiculously long. I ordered one of our sandwiches protein style which is low carb basically wrapped in lettuce leaves vs a bun and it took almost 12 minutes to get my food. There were no other customers in line ahead of me when I ordered drive thru. This was pretty late at about 8:15 pm. So not sure why there was a delay.

This is the worst chick fil a location I?ve ever gone to. Almost Every time the sprite is just soda water, the fries are old and hard which is difficult for my one year old to eat. It?s hit or miss here and you should probably check your food before leaving the parking lot.
