They managed to ruin a perfect dish. I ordered one of my favorites, Cajun pasta with shrimp. The presentation of the dish was perfect. However, the plate, the pasta, the shrimp and the bread were room temperature. Not even warm, room temperature. I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to wait around for them to fix it (they offered). I’m not sure I’m brave enough to give them another chance anytime soon! View all feedback.
Food was good as usual for a Chili's. Can't remember servers name. He was a good sized white guy. Very attentive.

I'd be careful of eating at the Chili's in New Caney Texas. They aren't very honest there,I had two gift cards that got charged with (extra) charges that almost depleted my cards. I won't be going back to that one anymore.
