Taco Bell - New Brunswick

I went to Taco Bell today the young man help me I don't know his name but he was very polite well Manor he had his mad son his gloves on he was a nice person that really help me how to do it he asked could he help and he did Taco Bell is my favorite place thank you Taco Bell special in young man that helped me my name is Julia White

Unmitigated shitfest. The two people in front of me were also there because their orders were wrong (one was missing an entire order). The employees argued with them when it was obviously the employees' faults, then proceeded to laugh about it and loudly proclaim the customer had no clue what he was talking about as they remade it. Then they struggled to figure out a solution for giving me the item they forgot. It's beyond incompetence at this point; it's sabotage. Fire everyone and shut down for a week to train new people. This is insane.

The two girls on the drive thru around 18 clock on 12/21/22 need to learn the right customer service. they were rude and rolled eyes and laugh. but eating and the fastness of order is always good in this taco bell.

Absolutely great polite service and the food was perfectly flavored and not soggy! We were not rushed through the drive through!!

As long as you go with zero expectations, you won't be disappointed. Employees are lovely, but you absolutely caNnOt rely on any kind of consistency.
