I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere is warm and personal, which is fantastic. The only downside is that, being located near a university, it tends to get quite busy. However, even with the crowd, the wait time is surprisingly short. The service is excellent, and they are especially welcoming and friendly towards the LGBTQIA community. As for the food, I would rate it 5 out of 5! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant! When I arrived around 7:40 PM, they had already closed, even though their closing time is listed as 8:00 PM on Google Maps. I explained to the staff that I just wanted to buy two cups, but she didn't assist me at all. I mentioned that I wouldn't be able to come back tomorrow and that I really enjoy these cups. Meh. ordered a pastry, didn 't offer to warm it, ordered a tea, came with the tea inside, asked for sugar, they didnt understand me .Mentioned there is no toilet paper or napkins in the restrooms, same response.Place is usually crowded and they put a lot of effort into getting drinks out fast.
Maybe the best Starbucks I’ve been to! All the employees were so friendly and the drinks were made quickly. One of the girls made samples of her favorite drink (one she made up! and it was honestly the best drink I’ve ever had at Starbucks. I ended up ordering it today it was so good!
Friendly staff management! Drinks are crafted both quickly and carefully. Plus, a convenient location for university students
If you're looking for a quiet Starbucks to study or something quick I definitely would think twice before going out of your way.Otherwise, I sincerely don't know how the workers here do it. Whenever I walk in, it's always packed beyond capacity. Yet, I always leave with the drink I ordered and it's always delicious. The workers can definitely do a better job calling out names of the orders that are ready. Many times, it'll take 2 3 callouts for the person to hear it. Otherwise, they do a good job for the coffee shop being directly in front of the Rutgers Bus stop on College ave.
