This place as decently good ramens and ambience in the area. The server was somewhat helpful with customising order with veggie option, however not knowledgeable. This place has limited vegetarian options in their menu. We enjoyed our food and i loved their rose bubble tea. It was better than many other bubble teas i have tried. Overall, decent food, friendly service and good bubble tea!Vegetarian options: Vegetable... View all feedback.
What Emily Raber doesn't like about Rakkii Ramen:
Food was great, little expensive but the waitresses force you to tip wayyy to much for the amount of work they do. It was just me and my bf and later on a family came in. 3 waitresses all on their phones. Never asked how the food was or how we were doing of if we needed anything and the demanded an 8$ tip when the most they deserved was $3 View all feedback.
I ordered the spicy tonkotsu bowl along with chashu buns as a starter, and I found everything to be absolutely delicious. The chashu buns were soft and flavorful, with just the right amount of heat from the chili. The spicy tonkotsu ramen bowl was incredibly savory; the noodles were cooked perfectly al dente, and the eggs were soft and runny. The mushrooms and bamboo shoots complemented the rich broth very well, which had a nice kick to it. The atmosphere was relaxed, with soft music playing in the background. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive, making for a peaceful and enjoyable dining experience. It’s also BYOB if you’d like, but they do offer non-alcoholic drinks and provide endless refills of water. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

The soups are fantastic! The edamame is served warm and comes with a delicious sauce. So tasty! The service is also excellent.
The cooks and staff are awesome and they have great bubble tea, but I lived in Japan and umami was not there with the ramen. Everything was Americanized. Nothing fresh, all frozen. The chashu was so Americanized ,however, edible but I'd personally don't like frozen food just hit with a fire stick or whatever they call it. Lol.. I don't cook so excuse my ignorance of knowledge of kitchen tools. Anyway, Its like the olive garden, good food but nothing like Italian food in Italy, which I spent some time years ago with my college they don't give portions like that lol... Also pizza is for one person or two of your not very hungry. Nothing like pizza here. Rakki Ramen, sorry.... It has no umami and. Chashu was cooked WRONG.. You need to BBQ it.... And everything frozen. The takoyaki had no takoyaki sauce on it just mayo which I never saw in Japan I lived in Tokyo... Maybe another place in Japan puts mayo.. But I got it a lot in Japan..always fresh Octopus.,.Rakki Ramen has frozen takoyaki with no takoyaki sauce and mostly breading. Anyway don't go here if you want Japanese food ... All frozen And no umami... anata ga Baka desu.... Don't be an idiot you need to go to pi's sushi in highland park right across the bridge when you go down Albany st towards 18 but DON'T GO ON TO 18 just go straight and you'll go over the bridge you're there just drive and look for it!
Really spacious inside. Beautiful decor and murals on the walls. The ramen is delicious (albeit a bit expensive) as are the fries. My friend and I left feeling VERY full.
