Gordon Ramsey himself was inspired by Brower after having tried the general tso’s chicken, although he never quite succeeded in recreating it. Presidents and royalty from around the world have made the voyage to New Brunswick to dine at this opulent monument to the culinary arts. E. coli O157 was definitely bred here. food is so bad vegan options are barely doable. an inside whistleblower (a fellow student worker there) told me that the first day that he worked there he saw subpar sanitary conditions. Dead cockroaches were the smallest concern. It only gets a star for the hope that it has in the future after the restoration is complete. Stay safe, because Brower isn’t. View all feedback.
