More Than Just Lobster - New Britain

Great little spot $14 for a lobster roll that’s a great price and honestly it’s pretty good 7 out of 10!If you wanted a better lobster roll you would have to pay at least $30-40 And that’s double what she’s charging

I drove past this place a few weeks ago wanted to try it out this weekend, so I decided to look at the reviews. After reading the reviews, I will not be visiting this establishment. Not because of the negative reviews, but because of the nasty, unprofessional, disrespectful, ignorant, and degarding manner in which the owner responds to customers comments.

It's ok! BETTER THAN MOST SEAFOOD IN HARTFORD COUNTY. IF PEOPLE WANT GOOD SEAFOOD GO DAMATOS OR KEVINS IN NEW HAVEN! NOW THEY GOT GOOD

I must admit. I was blown away by the presentation, taste, and seasoning. The food was truly home cook Southern Louisiana Cuisine. I was back home for the time and privilege of dining in a place I call close to Heaven on Earth. Mike and his staff was so friendly, down-to-earth, and so professional. I recommend this place to anyone that loves seafood. If I could give it a 10 I would. Truly a picture of perfection.

Absolutely terrible! Please read the reviews before you go in and throw your money into the trash. This place “looks” nice but the food is disgusting, the owner even worse!!!!!! I ordered a lobster roll, Mac and cheese and a salmon burger. The lobster roll was fine. The Mac and cheese and salmon burger were nasty. The Mac and cheese had no cheese and the burger was raw with sand in it. I went back in to ask for a refund for the burger I didn’t wanna seem harsh so I kept the Mac and cheese. They made such a big issue out of the refund. Which I NEVER GOTTTTTT. The cashier made me speak to the manager on the phone and he was sooooo unprofessional and rude, he was so disrespectful to the point he told me he could care less wbout my opinions as a customer. They tried compensating me with $5 worth of dry Mac and cheese- I paid $15 for that nasty salmon burger. DONT GO HERE!
