Whataburger - New Braunfels

I visited approx 2 weeks ago, and plan on doing so within the next month. As I don't reside in New Braunfels, I feel as though i miss out on their fun...The night shift is the best they're funny and share their humor with guests I haven't had any issueswith my #5 combo, it's made as ordered, fries are fresh hot, and my chocolate shake is always tasty I've read some of thereviews, someone mentioned that the manager sounded like a drill sargeant. Well, it may appear so, however if you pay attentionto their conversations, it's all part of their humor this crew does an amazing job on the grill, with customerservice/satisfaction and with their entertainment...keep on keeping on Hwy 46 Whataburger overnight crew, y'all rock!...seey'all soon!

The food was on par with what you’d expect from fast food. However, for the second time in a row, they somehow lost my order, and I had to go to the counter to ask about it. This particular Whataburger has a track record of inconsistent service. Fortunately, there are other options nearby.

This is the fourth time in a row that I've received the wrong order. The last time, I requested no mustard and ended up with a jalapeño burger, which I had to throw away. Today, I again ordered no mustard and got a mini burger on a bun with nothing else. Seriously? How difficult is it to omit one item?

I experienced incredibly fast and friendly service during my visit. I came in for a quick meal, and it was exactly what I needed—perfect in every way! The staff was not only helpful and friendly but also attentive to our time and the temperature of our food, which I appreciated. I'm definitely planning to return! Thank you, Whataburger!

I ordered a Whataburger all the way with cheese, grilled onions, and creamy pepper sauce, and I got a burger that only had cheese and ketchup with my sauce on the side. I?ve been pretty disappointed with this location lately.
