Texas Po Boy's Food Truck

Having to pick my jaw off the ground! Employees huddled in the back, rude service, order made different then menu advertised, attitude when trying to resolve order. Will never return, and feel all deserve fair warning before you spend hard earned money on this establishment.

Don't let the small kitchen fool you- there's some real chefs in there! To be honest I'm a bit of a brisket snob but the brisket Mac n cheese was amazing! The fries were also really delicious. I also loved their pretzel bites, nice and soft and they come with a cheese dipping sauce. My friends also had burgers which they said were good.

Great food, drinks, entertainment and atmosphere! Had the cheeseburger and homemade chips cooked to perfection! But the Korean cauliflower was a real treat. Yum! I will definitely come again when I visit New Braunfels!

Had a great BLT, was cooled by their outdoor misters and shaded areas. Our dog was given a water bowl and treated with a lot of love. It's a little confusing at first as to where you need to go to order food and what not, but if you ask the staff they are friendly to help.

Good flavors for our two sandwiches. Good portions. The handmade potato chips were fresh, with good seasoning. Hope to see these guys again.
