Naturally Cafe - New Braunfels

Atmosphere: Funky, colorful, happy, clean and relaxed. Tucked away from the noise and chaos in Gruene. Service: Slow on this visit, but it was close to closing time. Food: Great presentation, sandwiches are served on pressed 8 grain bread. Chicken salad is tasty, but I'm not a huge fan of cranberries. Mom had chicken, bacon, avocado and loved it. Everything is fresh and delicious. Pricing: $27 for 2 sandwiches, 1 bag of chips, and drinks

Everything was so good. her gluten-free brot was great. most are dry granular, they would not even be able to say the difference of regular brot. the tomatensuppe club combo was incredible, green juice was perfect the gluten-free brownie was impressive! it is hard to find restaurants that are offered to our gluten-free meals. we will definitely be back!

I did this. it is located in gruene lake village, very close to the historic district gruene. I first discovered this great restaurant in the opposite. When I passed the open back door, I was impressed by the almost flawless back kitchen area. the house front is equally impressive; again very clean and welcoming. a selection of menu items includes sandwiches, wraps, suppen and salads, house specialties and smoothies. eating is always fresh, tasteful and delicious; with locally grown ingredients, whenever possible. this casual restaurant is spacious and beautifully decorated. the owners and their employees are fully customer-oriented and offer excellent service and attention. pet lovers: it is also pet friendly with seating and service. I would like to recommend excellent local restaurants that customers appreciate. if you live or visit in the surroundings of gruene, you should try this wonderful restaurant.

Sadly came just as they were closing, but got food to go. Charming fresh green interior w friendly staff. Vegan friendly upon adjustment but no straight up vegan items. Today was my lucky day. Vegan butternut squash with chipotle SOUP! . Coulda murdered a brew but no hot tea here. I will return when next in Gruene. Update. I just inhaled my soup and sandwich in my car as I was sooo hungry. Both were beyond delicious, fantastic BUT I wish I had purchased the full sandwich and soup as I had initially ordered. I am still hungry. If you ever make a vegan quiche, I will walk here from San Antonio ‍

Worst Customer service in Town. Waited 35 min. for the Lunch special. Had to go ask at the sells counter, where I got told she will check on it, but when I approached the counter she already knew why I came up and half rolled her eyes. How about approaching the customer ? sorry we are running behind, can I offer you a drink or a salad instead? I had ordered soup and quiche). She came back outside after 3 min. to tell me they out of soup and making new soup keep in mind it's lunch time and they should have more soup on hand if it's a lunch special . I should get my dish soon. Additional 15 min went by, and another service employee comes out with the dish . I asked if she had silverware, she said no, it's inside. No offer to bring it. I was not the only costumer waiting over 35 min. next to me where two ladies waiting on salads !!! Salads. Food was good , portion small. Management needs to school on customer service, and a smile can take you long ways.
