Mcdonald's - New Braunfels

At 1/27 at 6 pm I make my order, they send to a parking lot we wait for about 25 all living with them order, but not my order, so I tell them in the line I tell them and they tell me I have to wait again, so I tell them I will not move anymore if they don't give me my order and a man came to scream to me to move me because my order will take it just to do it, I declare it unproell

2 bacon mcdoubles ordered, drove all the way home, just to open the bag and find only one, that is not the first time that this has happened either and they do nothing about it. Horrible Mcdonald’s

Normally I don't goto McDs but when I do it's always a surprise to visit a random McDs. This visit the food was hot and coffee was right.Food: 4/5

I ordered it. Literal only 2 hamburgers without meat and it took 20 minutes. You always get the order right, even though I'd just stop by the car.

This Mc Donald is on the way home and working, so I'm always here morning or late lunch or dinner. The Morning Crew always seems to be consistent to get customers on and off quickly. I really enjoy seeing the employee named Hope in the Drive-Thru. She is the sweetest soul added to My Caramel frappe and hash brown order. The same w/The Mid-Day Crew. There are usually consistently w/her customer service. Unfortunately, I can't say that for her Evening crew. They are slow and cannot seem to multiply more than one order at a time. I was in line w/5 other cars and it took 36 minutes of waiting in line behind 2 cars already waiting to get food, then getting my order. What was a fillet o fish meal. Can you just come home and know I have half of cheese? The only reason I gave 4 stars was to appreciate the other crewmen.
