Lazy J Cajun - New Braunfels

We got the grilled shrimp sandwich and the small catfish plate. Both were delicious. Atmosphere is casual, with mainly outdoor dining. Servers are friendly and explained menu options well. Best fried catfish and hushpuppies I've tasted in years.

We were their first, fired shrimp entree customers and we were extremely satisfied. They do Cajun style fried foods perfectly. We’ll be customers from now on, and are spreading the word on how good their food is!

Took my son to eat there for his birthday horrible experience. The waitress was very nice is all I can say. We waited a whole hour for crawfish. Once we received our all you can eat first portion it was so nasty and watered down NO FLAVOR at all. Then the owner approaches us and blames the staff from the previous night for not sorting the crawfish and asked us to wait for the next batch. Which original I said yes and my son was like we aren’t waiting another hour for disappointment. The waitress came over we asked for our ticket and she explained that the owner was BSing us about the food. Our ticket was supposedly competed but we still paid $50+ for waisted time.

100% best cajun place i’ve ever been too. Crab, shrimp, and crawfish were absolutely delicious. Service was amazing and so nice. Scenery was great and they had the cutest dogs. Would definitely come back again.
