Overall, the experience was satisfactory. However, we waited nearly 20 minutes for our food to arrive, which feels like a long time during a workday. I’m curious about trying the Italian dishes in the future, but I'm not sure if I'll return. Spending $32 for two ordinary sandwiches with drinks feels a bit overpriced. What Margherita Morelli doesn't like about Firehouse Subs New Braunfels South:
Took 20 minutes to get a simple sandwich. There was only two other cars there to order food and the restaurant was empty. We could also see the employees just talking to each other while the line of cars got longer. View all feedback.
Typically, I love Firehouse and this place. Definitely not love firehouse today. People assemble these sandwiches so I wouldn't get bad tomato slices. The bread was stripped and crumbled, as not safe as it was fresh. It'll take time to try again. Ugh
Great food, convenient location, polite personel. Just be careful if you try drivethrough during lunch break takes too long to enjoy food and get back to work in time. Food so good though....even if have to eat later kinda worth it.
We are from St. Augustine Florida, so we are familiar with firehouse subs. The datil pepper sauce is so delicious and is my favorite part. I love that the mural is of a Unicorn and Cougar as firefighters. This particular shop is not my favorite only because of the staff. They won't answer questions, they are very put out when they have to help a customer. I am very patient with restaurants due to the lack of workers and sometimes the rudeness is worth the sauce.
Have to say, I stopped here on a whim since I've never been to this location. My sandwich was one of the best ones I've had from a Firehouse. It was hot and fresh!!! The people were super friendly and you can bet that I will definitely be back, even though I live in San Antonio!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
Great sandwiches I enjoy Firehouse subs. They taste better than subway and the bread is better quality as well. When I was there for a short period of time 6 months in NB. I would say I always had a great experience with the customer service. I hope they continue to strive for that.
