Chipotle Mexican Grill - New Braunfels

I absolutely love Chipotle! The food is always fresh and delicious, and their guacamole is incredible!

The burrito bowl was good, but I also ordered chips and queso, and unfortunately, the chips were old and extremely stale. I couldn't eat them at all, and I really enjoy chips; if they had been at least somewhat decent, I would have eaten them regardless. But these were completely inedible, which really took away from the whole idea of having chips and queso.

As a regular customer of Chipotle, I have to say I was let down by my recent order. The bowl was very skimpy and hardly had any food in it. The chips were stale, and I couldn't even eat them! I wouldn't recommend using DoorDash for this restaurant; it seems they perform better when you're there in person to oversee everything.

Honest to God, worst Chipotle Ive evee been too. Food is always bland small portions. They need to fire everyone who currently works there.

This was the worst order I have ever received. There was barely any food in this bowl and I am very disappointed and cannot believe I just paid $20 for nothing in this bowl. Please assist I have never complained about any item on DoorDash and I have been using this app for years.
