What Ottilie Buckridge doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
It seems that managers and owners of this store do not worry about the safety of their employees. You need them to park over the street and walk over 5 streets of busy traffic to work. Every time I drive Walnut, there are Chick Fil-A staff who cross the way to work. Better! View all feedback.
It was a bit slow, but that's mainly because there are only 2 lanes and it's always crowded, which must mean it's good! The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and pleasant.
As always, Chick-fil-A provides a wonderful experience and is more than willing to accommodate your order to ensure you get exactly what you want. I had a bit of trouble redeeming my Birthday Reward during breakfast, but Amanda was incredibly helpful in explaining how to use it during lunch hours. Thank you, Amanda and Chick-fil-A, for the delicious food and excellent service. Additionally, even though the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A is often quite busy, they manage to serve all the cars remarkably quickly. It's impressive how efficiently they handle such high traffic in such a short amount of time. I really appreciate the ingenious addition of a door in the drive-thru to help speed things up! I absolutely love it!
We were towing a trailer, and a kind young man at the drive-thru invited us to pull around to the back. He came out to us with his iPad to take our order and even brought the food out to us. Wow! The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic!
Our family stopped here for dinner on our way home and the service was very quick, the food was great tasting and the employees were super polite and helpful coming by to refill drinks and get whatever we needed. Great service!
I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. The staff member who took our order was incredibly polite and friendly! While we waited for our food, it was impressive to see everyone working together; there was no one slacking off or complaining. Even a team member with a leg boot was giving it his all! Fantastic service, everyone!
