Burger King - New Braunfels

I ordered an Impossible Burger and Fish Sandwich. They were out of the Impossible burger and offered to give me 2 fish sandwiches. The fish sandwiches were basically dry with nothing on them...where was the lettuce or pickles or anything that should be on it? Wont order that again!

Schicksal was super cool and honestly the only worker who didn't yell at me to pull lol forward. the dr. pepper was in the middle. To be honest, 3 of those who spoke to me today were probably the best customer service providers I have ever seen. they were super good. chic, a guy and a big girl with long brown hair.

Didn't get their names, Younger adults working this evening. They were quick , got my order right , and everything was hot and fresh. Ice cream machine was down but they gave us Hershey pies instead and they were delicious. Thanks you !!!

I understand they are short staffed, however the new GM Jose is holding it down. Just him and one other staff member. The food was hot and tasty. I appreciate his love of his job and it shows.

It's okay and I'll tell you why. The food sucked. The fries were lukewarm and saturated with too much oil. My burger was very dry but the chocolate milkshake I bought from there was pretty good although it was small. The reason this spot doesn't have a single star is because of the staff working there. In particular there is an African American guy that works there that takes special take to make sure the customers are having a better day than they were before by joking or generally being pleasant. I wish this guy could get a job at a better place so I could give someone five stars in this city.
