Bayseas Seafood #30 - New Braunfels

Happy they got one in New Braunfels Texas. Been going to Bayseas since I was a little girl!!!

Best fried seafood in New Braunfels. Yes the food is better than C/Springs. I highly recommend everything in the menu. Every time I do take out the food is great at home or work.

So excited when we found out a Bayseas opened in New Braunfels! Just happened to see the sign one day when driving by the Exxon Station/Convenience Store on the corner of Landa Walnut. We've eaten at one of the San Antonio locations for years and the food here is the same quality, same taste! The shrimp really is fresh gulf shrimp and the catfish is fried to perfection. The food isn't greasy or over-breaded the hush puppies also are delicious! We have good restaurants here in New Braunfels, but if you're not looking for fancy, Bayseas is hard to beat when it comes to seafood, gumbo, prices and just friendly customer service!

I finally stopped by for lunch. I had 3 pieces of catfish with fries. In a word it was amazing. Nothing beats fried catfish. I can't wait to go back.

Absolutely love this place. Definitely a hidden gem and it's veteran owned. Tony is very kind and polite. Food is amazing. Love the fish and shrimp special. Tried the sweet potatoe pie. Best decision ever!
