What Alvena Mitchell doesn't like about Applebee's:
We usually sit at the bar, but on this last visit we sat at a table in the bar area and it took forever for us to get our drinks (wire beers), the girl was really apologetic about it, but the time it needed to get it was especially not called because they were not super busy. I came to this applebee’s it was close to our hotel when we made the tubing thing about labor day weeks of houston. I have been in a few applebee’s in houston and the service and eating was very moderate. Beyond that, it was a really rough day of sleep when I was my handy and my keys to my vehicle in flow, so I was quite stressed to say the least. this place made me complete 360 and my fiance. the waitress kylie was absolutely phenomenal! she did her best to cheat us and eating was absolutely impeccable everything came out on time and quickly and was absolutely delicious! we ordered the hunch with garnelen bourbon street and it was excellent! I have always said to myself and my fiancé why are we not all the other applebee in houston as good as that? Do they believe it or not I would actually make a trip from houston to new brownfels, just to go to this applebee’s in the future! well recommended for all and kylie is the best waitress I think we have ever had! kudos!
Chris was the best waitress! She was very friendly and very welcoming! She kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Food came out quick and it was nice and hot! Very delicious
I normally don’t write reviews. I just had the best hamburger I have ever eaten. The server Terry was excellent. Highly recommended. No kidding best burger in Texas.
Our waiter was good and friendly. It looked like there were only a couple of waiters so they were busy and it took a bit for us to order and get our refills but it wasn’t the waitstaffs fault..he did his best. Our food was good and no complaints about it. We had a overall good experience.
A small little bar and grill. Not a big restaurant as I was use to on Florida but the food was very good and the service was friendly. I had the riblets and they were delicious. Menu was small to me. Tables were close together. Prices were fair . We enjoyed our meals. Plenty of food .
