What Brett Ludwig doesn't like about Subway:
Had a coupon that I got in the mail for a buy one get one free. I ordered two subs and when I went to pay for them was told they didn't accept said coupons. Very disappointed would give 0 stars if I could. Also wasn't allowed to pick cheese I wanted, wastold what is on board is what comes on it. VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE. VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I had a disappointing experience at this store. The staff seemed completely out of it and messed up my order. Instead of making my spicy Italian sandwich, they gave me a BMT instead. When I pointed out the mistake, they claimed I didn't know what should be on it and asked me to leave. The service was very poor.
I received a coupon in the mail for a buy one get one free deal, so I decided to order two subs. However, when I went to pay, I was informed that they do not accept those coupons. I was extremely disappointed and would rate them zero stars if possible. Additionally, I wasn't allowed to choose the type of cheese I wanted; I was told that what was on the menu is what I had to take. Overall, my experience was terrible due to the poor service.
I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. When I arrived, a male employee greeted me, but he was rude and seemed completely clueless. They were out of almost everything on the menu. When I asked for an explanation, he told me that if I didn't like it, I could just go somewhere else. So that's exactly what we did—we went to Food Lion and bought sub kits that were both cheaper and much better. I highly recommend avoiding this Subway; it was a total disappointment. I wish I could give it half a star.
Great selection of sandwiches. Good prices. Friendly employees. Reward points program is excellent.
Would recommend avoiding this place. I placed an online order and picked up and got home just to find that one of the sandwiches I ordered wasn't even thr right sandwich and they put the wrong veggies on the other one. This used to be a decent Subway butit's sad how it's been going downhill over the years.
