John's (concertina) - New Berlin

Just incredible! John friends have all just jammed and fun playing the best music! Dance, conversation pure joy. Great people! Definitely an NB landmark site should be included as a historical site??

We came for Friday night fish Fry and ate outside on the deck. The cash was excellent and my wife said the cod was very good. She had some with whom she was not satisfied, but that was light and fluffy. I really enjoyed the potato balls that were one of the potato options with the dinner. You also have Cole Slav and apple sauce. Kim served us personally and was very attentive. Prices appropriate.

Literally was just driving around and found this place in the city and if you were looking for an old school-friendly with friendly people You most likely see someone You know whether you are not from the area this is the place good times good talks good people

Do not go in expecting a gourmet restaurant. It is a bar and grill, period. The menu is small. We were there for a retirement party, or I would not have gone in. What a surprise. We had an appetizer, Italian beef sandwich, a burger ordered rare and fries. The fries were crisp and hot; the Italian beef sandwich huge and the burger, for once, exactly as ordered. The bartender cooks the burgers at a real grill, not a griddle next to the bar and the taste is, therefore, great. The prices are very reasonable. Again, not a gourmet restaurant, but extremely good for a bar and grill.

Great atmosphere, owners and patrons, by far the most friendly bar I was in! Big live music on 4. Wednesday of the month, a must see experience
