Burger King - New Berlin

The guy in the drive thru is something else. We were waiting in line behind a car after they made there purchase and then we pulled up to the window waited but he took the the other cars order and we were in line for 10 minutes before the other carpulled in. We just pulled off on him and took our money to Culver's! I WILL (NOT) SPENDING MY MONEY HERE!!

This burger King is a great one. Food was hot and freshly made, fries ???? were so good and crispy, even the ranch sauce was a big improvement than before. Staff were welcoming, responsive, and friendly. Will go there over and over again, keep up the goodimprovements burger King.

I was delighted to discover a Burger King that offers excellent service, and the original Whopper was absolutely delicious. I also couldn't help but marvel at the size of the hands I saw at the drive-thru - they were truly impressive. Overall, a beautiful experience.

I have attempted to visit this restaurant several times recently, but each time they have been closed or experiencing some issue that prevents me from getting food. Despite their posted hours indicating they should be open, I have witnessed instances where people were in the drive-thru, or the computers appeared to be functioning despite claims of being down. It is disappointing because my son has been wanting Burger King for a while, and I have been craving a Whopper for months, but this location is the closest to my house. It seems like I am not destined to eat Burger King anymore.

This restaurant is terrible. I ordered my lunch and they forgot to put all of my items in the bag when it was delivered. When I called to address the mistake, they told me to contact DoorDash. The Manager was extremely rude. Please do not waste your money here. Missing my Whopper, which is the main reason to visit Burger King.
