There is no point in ordering through the drive-thru on the mobile app if they don't allow you to pick it up that way. I have never received a complete and correct order without errors at this location in years. Additionally, the staff at the drive-thru are often too busy chatting with each other, especially late at night, making it difficult for them to accurately take orders.
This restaurant is terrible! The employees and managers are too busy on their phones to take orders. The place is dirty and infested with rats. I stopped going here myself a few years ago after getting sick from the food, but now I have to get food for my clients here.

The service at this restaurant is unacceptable. If you can't handle a customer complaining about their incorrectly prepared food, then maybe you should find a different line of work. The rude gestures and attitude displayed are unnecessary. Keep that behavior in check or take it to a zoo where it might be more appropriate.
I ordered a salad. I expected it to be served quickly, but it took 10 minutes for them to bag it. Instead of complaining, I went to my table, only to find that there was only one knife in my place setting. I had to go back to the counter to ask the server for a fork, but waited another 10 minutes before receiving it. Frustrated, I ended up just taking my salad in a bag and leaving. Overall, not a great experience.
