I placed an order at this restaurant and something was incorrect, so they made me a new one. I waited for about 20 minutes for the replacement, and then I was told I had to pay a $3 difference. This was confusing to me, as I had never been asked to pay an additional fee like this at a restaurant before. When the server came back, I had already paid for my meal before the replacement was ready. View all feedback.
Food is great! However, the staff assuming there is one has become terrible. Don't answer the phone when open, and don't have a schedule. One minute they are open next they are closed.
Horrible service. They refuse to answer the phone 90% of the time so no idea if the food is any good or not. But based on the customer service I wouldn't trust them with anything I would eat.Remember a slightly bad product is acceptable as long as it comes with great customer service. But bad customer servics never makes up for a bad product.
I work in the opposite and stumbled randomly on sassaquin. I was happy and impressed with her eating and her quality of the service of the Get-Go. a real native.
Not good, in the müllfass with the overpriced extra toppings. they have done the homework, how to tear off ppl. So you get a little pizza, $ 1 extra.
The people over there were so rude! I couldn't believe it was there when I left last time, but this time I went all the food pretty hurry and it wasn't.
