I usually order here and the service is good but not today. Guy who picked up the phone had a terrible attitude. July 9th, bought 2 cold subs Got home 15 minutes.The bread was so soggy, and I mean soggy.
Amazing family they are so kind and sweet and the food is always great never had a bad experience would always eat here

I was ordering for someone else. 30 mins later he calls me asking if I’m gonna pick it up or not and I proceeded to explain it wasn’t for me I was just doing someone a favor by ordering for them and wasn’t sure when they would pick it up and he proceeded to let his frustration out complaining and then saying “oh my God”. The person I ordered for was already at the store picking it up at the same time he called me. Wouldn’t have cost him anything to be patient for 1 more minute/have better costumer service.
Employees can’t seem to get orders correct , multiple times they’ve failed to get our full order . First time they didn’t arrive with someone’s whole meal which they repeated back to me second time they didn’t deliver the fries that they once again repeated back to us . It’s incompetent and unfortunate that they can’t get orders correct but that money comes out of my bank card before I hang up the phone .
Says they open to 11 always close earlier than that and don’t dare and go Into place a order at 1030 they ain’t taking your order once upon a time they’re service a1 but nowadays it’s trash
