Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - New Bedford

I visited this restaurant for the first time in about a year (December 2022) and was pleased to see the menu available online, which allowed me to check prices on my phone. I wanted to try something different this time, rather than my usual delicate meal. With some online promotions, I was able to get enough food for three people along with large drinks for just $25, which I think is quite reasonable. I drove home for 15 minutes, and the food still arrived very hot and crispy. The cook who worked that evening definitely deserves at least a dollar raise!

Kat and her team worked efficiently and collaboratively to ensure that my order was fulfilled perfectly, and I was thoroughly satisfied! My daughter loved the food, and I was pleased to receive my order quickly, hot, and fresh. I want to extend a huge thank you to them! I hope this review reaches Kat, her team, and the management.

The staff were very courteous and friendly, even though the restaurant was packed. The service was efficient, and everything was clean and delicious.

Eat was excellent, clean .and if the girls behind the counter had been the order a little polite, I would have given a 5 stars.

Portions have taken a hit..staff lately seems miserable. Management needs to step up and make it a positive place. Like. Anywhere else happy workers are productive workers..
