Noodles Company - New Baltimore

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly helpful, cheerful, and professional. They are committed to ensuring that every customer has a great experience, even if they are new and unfamiliar with the menu. This is a big positive for me. Additionally, the food is delicious. I had been hesitant to try this place for some time, but I regret waiting because it was definitely worth it.

The reason for such a low rating. While waitingfor food pickup at the counter. What seemed to be the Manager, came into the store with some bags.put them down, and went behind the cooking area and pulled out noodles from fridge and started weighing theitems for future sales. He was a white male, the other employees would go to him for input. So I'm guessing he was mgr. He madeno attempt to wash his hands..the employee handwash station was visible and right next to him. This is the reason for badrating.. people do watch you! Not comming back!

I really enjoy Noodle Company, maybe a little too much. The Pene Rosa and Creamy Garlic Tortellini with Parmesan Chicken are both delicious. I have only been to the Chesterfield location. While it is not the cheapest option, the quality of the food is excellent. The staff is always friendly. I would recommend ordering ahead if you are in a hurry, as they receive a lot of takeout orders and there may be a short wait. Overall, it's worth it.

The manager here is a employee of the highest quality. Forgot his name unfortunately. He was interested in making sure my meal was satisfactory. I've been to several noodles n company this one was the best. To top it all off, I dropped $400 cash near thefountain drinks. 2 hours later I called and the manager had found it and held on to it for me. The honesty was overwhelming.Give this guy a raise you won't find anyone better

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and tried the Japanese pan-seared steak bowl, which was absolutely delicious. The combination of the crunchy julienne carrots and broccoli florets with the dense noodles was a delightful party of flavors in my mouth with every bite. The sauce was sweet yet tangy, with a touch of ginger and sesame oil that perfectly complemented the dish. I also added an extra butter sauce, which was a great addition. I can't wait to go back and try their salads and other pasta bowls. I loved it!
