I absolutely adore this place! I visited multiple times a day during my month-long stay at the hotel down the street. Their self-service coffee is unparalleled, and their breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and quesadillas are simply fantastic. What User doesn't like about Sheetz:
The dining experience was excellent, but I was shocked when one of the cashiers loudly commented that he would never wear my shirt. When asked why, he mentioned that it was a tribute to a place known for human rights abuses. It was incredibly disrespectful and unfair to say such negative things about a customer behind their back. I had a terrible experience at Sheetz. I went there to buy some chips and a drink, but the girl at the register completely ignored me because she was too busy staring at her phone. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Everyone is always very nice at this location I never give 5 but they all deserve it. Thanks
The staff at the restaurant failed to properly fulfill my order, resulting in half of it missing. As a result, I had to reach out to Grubhub for a refund, which is not their fault but rather the store's fault. Now I am waiting for a refund and will also be contacting the restaurant in hopes that they will improve their employee training to ensure accurate orders in the future.
The food is tasty, but the ordering system needs improvement. I prefer placing my orders online so they are ready when I arrive. However, having to wait for someone to hand me my order defeats the convenience. It can be frustrating when there is no one at the counter or they are not paying attention. This is the only restaurant where I have to wait for my order, so I might try a different location until they fix this issue.
The driver was amazing and was so friendly! the food was fresh and packaged well! great delivery!
