Faites attention !!!!On telephone pour savoir s'il est possible de manger à 20h.On nous répond que c'est possible mais pas avant 21h!Ok on attend.A 20h44, on nous rappelle pour nous dire que ce n'est plus possible.Qu'elle s'est trompée, car elle est du côté hotel et pas restaurant.C'est inacceptable.Et ça veut jouer les grands.Je pense qu'il y a du boulot !!!

Faisant étape à Nevers, nous avons choisi ce restaurant un peu par hasard. Nous avons été enchantés. Aucune critique sur les plats bien cuisinés et savoureux . Bon rapport qualité prix. Service exemplaire et attentionné. Bravo ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Bonne table, avec pour commencer un acceuil et un service sympathique et professionel.Quand aux plats, une bonne maitrise des cuissons pour le poisson ainsi qur pour le filet mignon.Je recommande cette adresse

My wife and I visited Nevers on a Monday and found most restaurants closed. Found Tam's after much searching on the internet and are glad we did. It's conveniently located in the old city and has a somewhat modern interior. The warmth and charm of the staff was immediate, however, and we both enjoyed the baked cod plate with a nice bottle of Sancere, all excellent and reasonably priced. It would be a gem to find on any day of the week!

My wife and I had dinner at Tam's tonight. Although it does not look ultra fancy, food where's the best we've had in several weeks of touring the Loire valley. My wife had an entree of warm chevre with toasts and tomato/salad delicious! I had the generous portion of 12 escargots in a delicious garlic and herb sauce. The two beautiful young ladies serving were extremely professional, warm, and kind (especially to Americans who are poor Francophiles). My wife's plat was magret of canard, prepared perfectly medium rare. My bourgogne region Charolais speciality beef was also cooled to perfection tender, delicious, and served with a sauce that was divine! To top of the meal, my wife had the chocolate mousse excellent, and I had a large selection of fabulous fromages. We also had a half bottle of Sancerre rouge wine and I had a Kir as an apertif. The total bill was well under the quality of the food and service. In short, I recommend this restaurant in the highest possible level. Merci beaucoup to the chef and the delightful servers!
