Dinner for two, in the evening. We chose dishes from both menus. Starter and main course from the Saveurs menu: smoked trout cannelloni and gurnard fillet; main course and dessert from the Ô Puits menu: cooked duck fillet and gingerbread dacquoise, beautifully prepared and delicious. A very pleasant and quiet restaurant. I was disappointed by my butcher's cut rosini with roast potatoes. The quality of the meat was good, but it was swimming in sauce, and the roast potatoes were soggy. Personally, I don't think it goes well with foie gras at all. I will probably return to try another dish.
Met at a wedding. O Puit had relocated their kitchen to the heart of the Morvan region. A truly friendly, highly professional, and attentive team. A pleasure to work with them. As for the dinner... It lived up to their reputation: even far from their usual Nevers style of cooking, the result was stunning, refined, delicious, and the timing was incredibly efficient. Well done to Bruno's team!
