A welcoming establishment, impeccable catering service. The personnel is very professional. the new decoration is very successful. a must-see address in Nevers!
We go to this hotel to hold association meetings in a room in the basement, with an aperitif and from time to time a meal in a recently renovated room.

Sentiment shared, beautiful hotel, well located, city center with reserved parking, very friendly staff and excellent restaurant with varied map and quality. But no luck to me, mansardized room that doesn’t appear on the photos of the site) , stifling heat, noisy and inefficient air conditioning. No office, not enough room, so orda on a edge the or is supposed to pull the fresh air out of the air conditioning) and sitting on the edge of the bed because no room for the chair. All for 98€ excluding meals. Too bad

Hotel very well placed not far from the Sncf train station, about minutes walk. warm and friendly welcome, the explanations are very clear and especially with the smile. cleanliness is omnipresent on the ground floor and the disinfectant is present everywhere and on all floors what is rare in other hotels. a point of honor for the cleaning service on the floor that is really perfect. sylvia who prepared my room before I came to make a remarkable work both in terms of the bedding and the hygiene of the room. danielle about her smile and especially this desire to trust the hotel's customers is one of the employees whose hotel must be very proud. big positive
Very good restaurant! the map is very varied, offers many seasonal products. friendly staff, listening and very professional! I'll come back without hesitation!

Nice experience! Having known the Karousel period as a buffet, we were slightly reluctant to dare to try the service version at the table. It was a great discovery! Like what, there are only idiots, who do not change their minds!
Home and service without personality no just professional smile. Entré salad très bien par contre la ba de la meat completely magné, demande bleu has arrived far too cooked. To conclude no terrible there is much better as a restaurant on Nevers.
The restaurant is really not terrible. The staff not up to a 3-star.(Speaks very bad, especially the waitress... . the Petit dej not crazy either. Positive: the rooms are renovated... but very small. short for a night okay for longer it's complicated.
Very pleasant surprise for this restaurant, especially after yesterday’s disappointments (the 22 to Nevers among others. Friendly and charming staff. Refined dishes, home and succulent!! All for a menu at 15,9€ with e p or d. We have enjoyed this real good cuisine! I highly recommend!
Once in this restaurant and not the last one. We are totally delighted with our passage. The staff was very kind and attentive. The dishes were very good and hearty. Anyway a nice surprise

Good reception, friendly staff, pleasant setting, dishes are very good And there's the amount. The rates are average. I recommend this restaurant. Come early because the places will be quickly taken!

All of us selected the Menu du Jour that offers a choice of 2 appetizers, two main dishes and dessert for a very reasonable price. Everybody was very satisfied with the choices that were all very good and copious. The selection of local wines is very good and reasonably priced. The service was good, courteous, and efficient. Overall, a great place for lunch
We found ourselves looking for any restaurant in central Nevers open for dinner on Sunday night. Finding Karousel was a real treat. We had the best meal of our trip so far, and it was no more expensive than any other. Everything we had was good. We particularly appreciated that one of the entree options was a plate if vegetables. The service was excellent.
