Liquid Gold Juicery - Nevada City

I have been a patron of this juicery for almost 2 years. We are super lucky to have a cold pressed juice bar in our community. I have done several of their three day juice cleanse packages and their recipes for their custom blends are exquisite. Preparing the juices is entirely different than what you’re used to experiencing at regular juice bars where are they put it through a more crude form of extraction. The quality of the nutrients are preserved through the low heat process and are viable for days unlike the conventional preparation. I know I’m getting top quality ingredients, sometimes locally sourced from our farms. My favorite juice blend is Pachamama or Gutsy and my favorite coconut mylk blend is the mushroom-dosed coffee. Makes my taste buds spin just thinking about it! They have a sweet little downtown Nevada city location!

They have a very unique selection of juices and mylks. Using organic and good quality ingredients and it’s cold pressed.Go and try it! It really worth the visit. The ladies that run this business are lovely.

I went here and drank the juice and it was really good. I bought a 2nd juice for the drive home, which I ended up spilling on my skirt but it didn't stain, no biggie. The owner is also really nice.

Seriously delicious juices and magic mylks. WOMAN OWNED and made locally with local ingredients. Really cool selection of fancy mushrooms too.... one of the best matcha drinks ever :)if you want your juice stale and full of sugar stick to your corporate overlords
