Our experience at this restaurant was profoundly disappointing. Coming with our family and our 3-year-old, who began crying, we intended to step outside to calm the situation. However, the owner reacted abruptly, showing us the door and stating that our presence was unwelcome due to our child 's tears. It would have been more than desirable for him to demonstrate a minimum of understanding and politeness in this delicate situation. I even left the restaurant apologizing, a concept that this restaurateur unfortunately seems to be unfamiliar with, as I received a rather local-sounding non mais oh! in response. This raises serious questions about the professionalism and courtesy of this establishment, casting doubt on its ability to properly accommodate customers. A genuinely regrettable and unrecommendable experience.
