on our bike tour we booked a deluxe dz. in the room we realized that neither wlan nor tw worked. the lack was already known, but it was not possible to remedy it. In addition, the showerhead was defective in the bathroom. For a room in a four-star hotel these mängel are not acceptable. the employee showed understanding. the management, however, simply ignored our complaint and showed no objections.PS: they do not lose... We ate in the dining room on Sunday evening day after the high time can highly recommend it to lovely service excellent food divine choice of wines
We went to this restaurant that was just a minute to walk from our apartment to have a special dinner to mark the end of our two weeks trip to Germany and it was just a perfect evening for them. we dined on the terrace. with the heat slowly from the day when we clog our wein and looked beyond the river before we enjoy the delicious food. the service was very good and the portion sizes very acceptable no carb overload and well presented. it was a joy to be able to sit outside to dinate without intrusive smokers at neighboring tables and illuminate our taste buds.
This kind of restaurant would normally be from our price class, but we stayed in the castle and the city had been taken over by a local festival so we decided to choose the Terzett menu instead of the a la carte and it. was a real tasty. everything was nicely prepared and good proportions. there was an additional starter, a free cream of the soup. then we had in a light broth with finely cut fresh vegetables together with a ricotta filled tortellini horse nedel. the main course was a combination of separate pork and cable fillets with crumb tips and a rich engraving with pasta bands (tagliarini) in a tomato sauce with cut spade. Finally, this was a fabulous combination of aromen vanilla cream boulee with a cinnamon sugar topping, a small xxl chocolate ice cream, a chocolate flavoured cornflake cookie and mint on a thin bed chocolate. simply amazing, really fine eating for the amazing price of 36€!
The restaurant is located in the cellar of palastes. service was ok, but not attentive and sometimes unprofessional. the amouse bouche we got was something pumpernikel with cream cheese, of course we had fear of what should come. courts were bland, nothing special and complete....overprice the wine list is only limited to local wee who could be in order for white wines but not for red wines. so we had to choose beer and weep. the food and the service do not justify the price tag.
Fantastic ambient and amazing food as good as it can get. If you are looking for a candle light dinner with friends, this is the place to go.
