I can speak German but he can’t and the staff were very accommodating, offering English menus and giving us time. The food was good to start we had prawn dumplings (tasty...but small portion) and crispy crawfish spring rolls (not much fish). Then he had mixed seafood on a hot plate and I had mixed meat noodles. Both were good, and good value for money. The local wine was also good. It is a nice place to sit outside in the evening

We have visited the place on a number of occasions and have always found the staff friendly and the food nice. I accept the criticisms that the food is not the... read more We have visited the place on a number of occasions and have always found the staff friendly and the food nice. I accept the criticisms that the food is not the same as you get in Vietnam but I believe it's the same for most....(Italians eat more than Pasta and Pizzas or try getting a really good hot curry to english tastes on the continent) We find lunchtime menu is good and includes a soup in the price. Value is good, at lunchtime we would order dishes, Prawn crackers, a couple teas and a soft drink which would come in at around the Euro mark, not bad for people. The restaurant is minutes from the market place so easy to get to. Haven't really got anything negative to say.

It is all so Asian decorated and also the staff speaks very bad... read more If you enter the Viet, enter another country. That was my first impression of these restaurants. It is all so Asian decorated and also the staff speaks very bad German. The food is served on a warming plate and you get as much rice as you want. The dishes are not really Vietnamese, but they do not want to be German because it would be too sharp.

The food was always very tasty, only the dishes with coconut milk I find something faded. The service is really good and if it becomes too full, the dining room is simply extended by sliding doors.
