We were allowed to enjoy: A complete catering of a two-day training for 30 participants! Start at the second breakfast, vegetable snack, alternative fruit or yogurt, lunch in the bowl (both vegetarian or with meat), freshly baked sweet pieces in the afternoon, of course all changing palate delights on both days. We were there on Sunday to brunch and was super disappointed. All finished products and really nothing of it was fresh and self-made! The bread baked goods. Fruit from the can. Marmelade and Nutella packed. Two different cheeses and two sausages and 1 variety of cereals. That's it. From 11:30 there was warm food. Also all finished products prepared in the frituse. Mega, had cooking class with 10 men. cool recipes, mega eating, price-performance 1a plus!, we definitely do again!

In Kursorga, unfortunately, we didn't think we had a big decision problem. In the evaluation, the kitchen performance enjoyed with all senses was clearly before the subject-specific course content. However, after our lecturer had also included, he was able to classify his result and was also pleased with this award-worthy performance of the KOCHSCHULE NEUSÄß by Andi Greger with team!
We were at the winter grill course. This was very informative, you could ask a lot has been shown. You will notice Andi (Chair) immediately that he does everything with a lot of passion. What I personally found very successful was never the feeling you are now in a spicy course where you think is okay as everywhere. Andi makes it very good and you always had an impression of a barbecue day with friends. The course is recommended and you can adjust to nice hours.
